ALL projects are handled in house in order to provide better Customer Service and have a greater control factor over all our projects. Because of this procedure we avoid unnecessary charges to our customers. Additionally, before any work is done a third Party Certified Structured Engineer will provide a Pre/Post report of the property. All permits will be acquired with correct city as required.
When an estimate is schedule with our office a technician specialized in foundation repair will evaluate and inspect your property. Once evaluations are complete SFRS we Email, FAX, or Mail you a copy of the report. Your report will contain the following; Repair Estimate, Contract, Maintenance Program, Preparation for and Expectation During and After Foundation Repair and General Guarantee and Conditions.
This way you will be comfortable that your repairs are done through a qualified experience personal and not one of a novice level.
